if good people, really decent, hard working, committed, dedicated, people have a sense of mission are not happy in what they are doing there must be something wrong with the organizations that needs to be fixed.
I think it is disgraceful, it is the only word you can use, what has been done, and it has been done to the Federal workforce over the last few years.

This climate change is real, and it is upon us, and the temperatures are warming up, the floods are coming, and the storms are here, and we have to adapt to that, but we have to put it together.
But there needs to be, at some point, a revision update of the particular laws that I referenced.
