I had hoped that instead of revisiting this tired argument, we might hold a hearing on any one of several really important timely issues facing communities including the one I represent.
Instead of taking the opportunity to ask how we can continue to support the growth of our ocean and coastal economies, the Majority will likely accuse President Obama of lacking authority to implement the Ocean Policy.
