This is a serious issue in which the executive branch has abused its powers for political gain.

From your insight, stellar all the way through law, do you think that there is more applications to protections of whistleblowers that need to be enumerated by Congress?

The prevailing wage is an average of 22 percent additionally added to Federal contracts, just for Davis-Bacon.

So citizens would get more quality services and more investment that helps them without this particular law.

I have a bill that actually just changes those six words. It's H.R. 448, the Responsibility in Federal Contracting Act.

I believe personally empowering patients. That is what Nelson Mandela would have wanted.

That is one of the reasons why we don't have a lot of family care physicians, isn't that true?

They can't turn anybody away. So that was part of the safety net.

We are really skewing the benefits for rural.

So reducing their fees is going to help them better pay that?

Patients are generally nervous under those conditions.

You want to individualize, take your time, how you see fit, individualize the treatments, right?

Reducing time for physicians to see their patients, we are reducing the reimbursement rates, we are reducing the panels, all choreographing hurting the patient.

Have you ever heard of solving a problem without putting everything on the table, Dr. English?

I want to get to that and I really want to applaud you. I have family members and dear friends that have MS, so thank you very, very much.

You haven't, in my opinion, increased care, you shifted care, and that is quite obvious.

So when you are talking about preexisting conditions, I am going to ask you and Dr. English, we just exchanged, as the ranking member talked about, a prejudice to preexisting conditions, we just traded one prejudice for another.

So we are going to force physicians to take fees that they can't even pay their own bills?

The last two things. Starting January 1st, the definition of full-time worker now is 30 hours a week, not anything above, 30 hours a week.

That is called reform and repeal, McCarran-Ferguson. The only person that is talking about it in Congress, right here.

I want the insurance company to work for me, not to work for the man, not to work for the government.

I think there is another aspect to this Obamacare that we really need to look at carefully, and that is what is going to happen to the actual delivery of care.

Healthcare isn't a Republican issue. It is not a Democratic issue. It is not an Independent issue. It is an American issue.

Obamacare is a train wreck, full of broken promises that is increasing healthcare costs and interfering with the doctor-patient relationship.

Today we will do the best we can to bring transparency to the failures of the Affordable Care Act so the American people can begin appropriately demanding that we take action to fix a broken law.
