This legislation is designed to cripple the domestic mining industry by making new and existing operations unprofitable.

This misinformation and misguided legislation seeks to transform the general Mining Law of 1872.

The foolish policies in this legislation would only further exacerbate our reliance on China and other nations for minerals we need for our economic and national security.
