The filibuster was not created as a tool to accomplish one thing or another. It was created as a tool to bring together members of different parties to find compromise and coalition.

To those who say we must make a choice between the filibuster and X, I say, this is a false choice.

Many of these were Main Street businesses. And the bankruptcies and defaults during the pandemic threatened nearly $2 trillion in commercial real estate loans.

But I think we owe it to the people of this country to have a better plan in place for the next time this happens.

We have a lot of work to do to expand opportunities for first-time homebuyers and ensure that there is sufficient affordable housing available to Arizonans.

I am extremely interested in the administration's efforts to improve the asylum process, including providing better access to legal counsel and legal orientation as a way to make the system more efficient.

Our bill does not solve all the challenges of the border, but it does take meaningful steps to respond to the ongoing crisis.

What oversight is DHS conducting to ensure that these facilities meet the standards we expect of them?

The VA discontinued use of DBQs last year because of a growing concern of fraudulent practices.

The STIC program is important to a number of cities in Arizona, including Flagstaff and their Mountain Line transit system.

Grants like these can make a real difference in Tribal communities, which are some of the most transit-challenged in the Nation.
