for a community to be connected to the world, it has to have broadband.
I actually agree with that.
I think it's very important that the FCC, and maybe even the Congress, get this right.
I think that's what the public wants and I'd have to commend PHMSA for doing it, even though it's at the expense of the pipeline industry.
I think PHMSA is aggressive in their audits and in their enforcement practices.
