I think what troubles me about this is there is not a very big change.

You said in your opening statement that you think the Mississippi River and Tributaries, MR&T, should either be exempted from the flood mapping or at least treated differently.

So the communities paid for that out of their resources, whatever.

To mitigate flood risk in residential risk areas, property owners and residents are encouraged to consider flood insurance and floodproofing or other protective measures.
