But the truth is, the IRS has already announced steps to implement that exact same policy. The unfortunate thing about this exemption is that it will cause more problems, not fewer: pay by check, pay by credit card; property, nonproperty; 24 employees versus 26 employers; and on and on. It was all done to finance the health care bill on the backs of American businesses. I ask my colleagues to support my effort to repeal this job-killing mandate in its entirety when we have an opportunity to vote tomorrow.
