if I might take my minute to explain what is happening tonight, the first amendment we will vote on is the Johanns' amendment. It repeals the 1099 requirement in the health care law. This came before us in September. Many colleagues came to me and said: I do not like the pay-fors coming out of the health care law. This is paid for. It is paid for out of unobligated funds in the Federal system, if you will. The second amendment, the Baucus amendment, simply is not paid for. So you will be adding to the Federal deficit if you support the Baucus amendment.
