This legislation would reverse this administration's sweeping September 6 announcements that restrict development on 13 million acres in NPR-A and reinstate resource development leases in the ANWR.

H.R. 6285 addresses both land rights and usage on the North Slope, both of which are essential to the self-determination of the Indigenous communities.
