Nothing in my amendment would restrict the criteria imposed by the Federal Government relating to the quality of the product. The only restriction imposed by my amendment would be to prohibit a contractual requirement that processing be subject to any federally mandated continuous inspection method beyond that imposed by the Food and Drug Administration.
