Kyle brings extensive knowledge of both our state and our court system to the federal bench, having served the District of Alaska as a federal prosecutor and U.S. Magistrate Judge, a position he has held in Alaska for the past five years.

This is an individual that is not only qualified for this position, he is ready to hit the ground running as a U.S. District Court judge.

If a federal facility is going to be demolished, it cannot be without congressional oversight here.

Congress needs to save ourselves.
