I think, in response to my good friend from Nevada, he has to understand where we are. The licensing plan will address the legitimate mass questions because there is no rail into the area. That is going to come under the licensing plan. But there is a Union Pacific route that is adjacent to the area. It would not be difficult to put a spur in. This was discussed in hearings and so forth.
