I look at the War Powers Resolution, and it’s not ambiguous. It requires the president to terminate hostilities within 60 days absent congressional authorization.
I will continue working to eliminate this fee permanently so that Alaska’s students are receiving the best education possible, regardless of the outcome of future legal challenges.
It's only off the table because this nomination is pending and the Senate has leverage.
