I think, Mr. President, the Senator from Tennessee would also be interested in knowing that there is no such thing currently as ground link communications in King Cove and that communications are by satellite. As one person recently put it, ``If a successful fax transmission is a blessing, then successful telemedicine transmissions could be, well, perhaps a miracle.''
