REPORTS ON PUBLIC ACCESS TO DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS RESEARCH. (a) In General.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on increasing public access to scientific publications and digital data from research funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs. (b) Contents.--The report submitted under subsection (a) shall include the following: (1) Identification of where on the Internet website of the Department the public will be able to access results of research funded by the Department or be referred to other sources to access the results of research funded by the Department.…
