I am not going anywhere. I want everybody to make sure they understand that clearly from the beginning this whole process was designed--and I don't think we are fooling anybody--to ensure that the committee of jurisdiction did not get a chance to vote on it. An ANWR amendment would have been part of this bill because we had the votes. That is the bottom line. We have gone on from there into this extended synergy, which I do not think is in the best interests of the Senate.
