one of the reasons the people from King Cove are, of course, pushing for access is that when a serious injury occurs, they understand that treatment has to be obtained in a relatively short period of time, in some cases immediately. Many of the health care providers in the area refer to the first hour after an injury as the crucial ``golden hour,'' so to speak, meaning that this is the most critical time after an injury. I wonder if the Senator could shed some light on what that time is. What does that ``golden hour'' really mean?
