I wonder if the Senator from Louisiana would comment briefly on the advancement of offshore drilling off the State of Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. I understand they are drilling in several thousand feet of water, and actually Federal leases are being sold in excess of that? That technology in deep water has risks, obviously, but the industry has an extraordinary record of success.
