I remain hopeful that there will be that type of an assessment that will allow decisions to be made in the Gulf that, again, ensures the soundness and the safety of the operations, but doesn't encourage this investment flight that I am really quite concerned is not going to be short term and the economic impact is going to be quite considerable.
