The energy sector is clearly a high value target for cyberattacks.

These attacks are across-the-board and not limited, of course, to energy infrastructure.

I think that's an excellent question and being part of the decision-making for doing this, I'd like to answer this.

Acts of cyber intrusion such as these can jeopardize diplomatic relations and could have more serious repercussions.
