I don’t think that somebody who has counseled other attorneys that you should ignore the law, you should reject the law — I don’t think that that individual should be placed in a lifetime seat on the bench.
I hope you feel the urgency that I’m trying to express on behalf of the people in rural Alaska and I think in many parts of rural America where this is their lifeline.
I’m hopeful this legislation sends a clear message to the administration that we want to continue this strong partnership by alleviating the effects of these tariffs on our small businesses.
