People who feel very strongly about this will feel like they’ve been duped if the justice department claims we can’t release anything because of an active investigation.
Everything still seems to be the same, except it’s not. Except most of these people aren’t getting paid.
This is not good. This is not good from a governance perspective. This doesn’t reflect well on anybody and it is hurting real people [in] real time, so let’s figure out a way to end it.
