Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 192, S. 810. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 810) to facilitate construction of a bridge on certain property in Christian County, Missouri, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Environment and Public Works, with an amendment to strike all after the enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof the following: SECTION 1. RIVERSIDE BRIDGE PROJECT. (a) In General.--The Riverside Bridge Project is authorized to be carried out notwithstanding-- (1) any agreement entered unto under, or restriction pursuant to, section 404(b)(2) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5170c(b)(2)); or (2) any easement or other Federal restriction pursuant to that Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.) that requires the covered property to be maintained for open space, recreation, or wetland management.…
