Res. 87) authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall for a ceremony as part of the commemoration of the days of remembrance of victims of the Holocaust. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the measure? There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
