Kyle brings extensive knowledge of both our state and our court system to the federal bench, having served the District of Alaska as a federal prosecutor and U.S. Magistrate Judge, a position he has held in Alaska for the past five years.

Where there’s opportunities to put certain guardrails in our spending bills — there are tools, there are mechanisms — we have to be diligent to it.

This is an individual that is not only qualified for this position, he is ready to hit the ground running as a U.S. District Court judge.

I would expect this from terrorists and dictators, but not here in America.
