The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to require changes to an existing placer mining plan of operations with regard to reclamation activities, including revegetation, or to modify the bond requirements for the mining operation.
