As a sovereign nation, they have a right to make that decision, not you, not under a law that is so old.

This fracking thing is not new. It has been done. This is a charade by those that do not want any fossil fuels developed.

You are not public land. You are private land. You are a sovereign nation.

You do not need the Federal Government telling you what you can and cannot do.
