Page 50, line 4, strike the second period and insert ``; and''. Page 50, after line 4, insert the following: (4) in clause (ii) of paragraph (1)(A), as amended by paragraphs (1) and (2) of this section-- (A) by inserting ``(I)'' before ``regulatory restrictions''; and (B) by inserting ``or (II) unilateral tariffs imposed by other countries on any United States seafood exports or unilateral tariffs imposed by any country on materials necessary for the economic viability of the United States' fishing industry'' after ``environment''.
