(a) Update of Review Process and Information Technology Dashboard Chief Information Officer Ratings.-- (1) In general.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall update the review process for information technology projects of the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure that active risks are factored into the Information Technology Dashboard Chief Information Officer ratings.
