I think it's a wonderful program, innovative, and maybe it's too early to tell the impact.

I commend the committee for undertaking this hearing to understand the complexities of Arctic security.

I have a reputation on this Committee of going way over my time, and I think it ticks off a lot of my Senate colleagues.

Next time someone is legislating on my State specifically, it shouldn't be your staff.
