Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to terminate an agreement governing a delegation of authority under section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1357(g)) that is in existence on the date of the enactment of this Act. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Sullivan) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
