A country that is addicted to Russian natural gas is now saying we are not going to have any and we are going to stop the Nord Stream 2 gas line--a huge, stunning announcement. That is global leadership. And, unfortunately, President Biden missed the opportunity last night at the State of the Union to do exactly the same on exactly the same issues.
