And, by the way, the vast majority of the House wants it in. You have a really strong House Member, Congressman Gallagher, who is leading this bipartisan China commission. He says it is really important. The Biden administration wants it in. I have talked to Secretary of Commerce Raimondo and the Secretary of Defense. They all want it in. But one Congressman, who is not even going to be around anymore, gets to strip it out so we don't know what American investments are going to make this guy stronger?…”
