FUNDING FOR U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $500,000,000, which shall remain available until September 30, 2027, for necessary expenses relating to the construction or improvement of primary pedestrian fencing and barriers along the southwest border.
