Yes, there are some fringe groups that don't. All the Democrats, all the Republicans, the vast majority of the Native people support it.

Some of the Federal programs are quite onerous and time-consuming in order to be able to make something happen.

We care about our environment, we care about our wildlife, probably more than anybody. But we also care about jobs and economic opportunity.

The EPA is not always viewed as helpful in my State.
