It’s all-important that security guarantees remain on the table—and that they work for Ukraine, for real and lasting peace.

Any country has bilateral relations with other countries; please, discuss whatever you want, but you cannot make decisions without Ukraine on how to end the war in Ukraine, the terms, or other conditions.

We don’t want anyone making decisions behind our backs and I think this is fair.

This is the war in Ukraine, against us, and it’s our human losses.

I will never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia about Ukraine, never.

Ukraine will not take part in the talks in Saudi Arabia. Ukraine did not know anything about them.
