I think I've called it in the past egregious and I'm not going to change my opinion on that just because I'm now the secretary of state.

Now we've all got to get behind that leader and stop the kind of infighting and chitter chatter from the background.

I think we were in very particular times after Liz Truss crashed the economy.

How refreshing that would be - that the whole Labour Party is agreed on the new leader and we don't have to go through a contest that could be damaging at this point in time.

People want us to get on with the job and deliver the change they want to see.

The shine is well and truly coming off Reform.

We need to do more to regulate the algorithms and what drives contention and controversy and the business models of big, big tech as well.

We should go further … to regulate social media and tackle the scourge of dis- and misinformation which is ripping communities apart and undermining us all.
