I’m going to be professional, I’m going to have foremost in my mind a sense of service and duty that has driven me as Prime Minister.

We inflicted the biggest loss on the Tory party opposite in the history of their party.

In the case of a contest this will ensure a new leader is in place before Parliament returns in September.
