We must continue to show our nation and the world that our national security is not a partisan issue.

Congress is united against the threat of the CCP.

This bipartisan legislation is both timely and necessary.

This should be a bipartisan bill Mr. Ranking Member.

I oppose this amendment.

I urge all of my members to embrace this salient but still powerful approach to addressing TikTok.

I can also see concerning implications for the protection of civil liberties in this country.

I think there is broad and maybe universal support on this Committee to do exactly what this bill attempts to do.

This appears to be a, maybe the broadest sanction and position I've ever seen and maybe ever imposed in history.

I would like to again thank Representative Castro and Young Kim for their leadership on this issue.

I hope my colleagues on the other side of the aisle will consider this amendment seriously.

I rise in opposition to the ranking member's amendment.

I am happy to say it has been included in this en bloc package.

I urge each of my colleagues to support this important bill and vote yes on the entire en bloc package which I wholeheartedly support.

We can do this the right way.

There is no question that Taiwan is under threat from the CCP.

We don’t tolerate this, period.
