As he embarks on his new responsibilities, Michael Mukasey has my complete trust and confidence.

Politics didn't lead me to working folks - working folks led me into politics.

I think that Senator Clinton is a capable and intelligent person.

I intend to provide it.

I have not been on the national scene as long as some of the other candidates in this race.

I'm the only one who, in 2002, opposed the war in Iraq.

I think the American people need somebody who can bring the country together.

The politics of hope doesn't mean hoping that people aren't going to point out differences between you and other candidates.

We have a chance to bring the country together in a new majority.

I am in this race to tell the corporate lobbyists that their days of setting the agenda in Washington are over.

I don't want to wake up four years from now and find out that millions of Americans still lack health care because we couldn't take on the insurance industry.

I look forward to working with the Senate to fill the other senior leadership positions at the Justice Department.
