A process towards peace is not a one-meeting thing

One phone call does not make peace. One phone call does not solve a war as complex as this one.

There has to be some talk of negotiation.

One meeting would not solve the war.

Everybody knows...and people in the administration know you don't say before your first meeting what you will agree to and what you won't agree to.
