Again, we could have vigorous debate, but we are always friends and working together.

I have said the entire time that I have been in office that I`m willing to work with anybody if we`re talk about getting policy done that`s going to be good for the third district in Kansas, good for the state of Kansas and good for our country.

We need to revive the spirit of bipartisanship in this country, to find common ground and work together to get things done.

College taught me the importance of listening to diverse perspectives and working across differences.

I think that this is an opportunity for us to reset, to redefine the narrative, to work together to address issues that are of mutual concern.

I would love to work with you on that. Because, look, we can sit here and write a report that has utopian views. They have to be grounded.

I hope, Madam Chair, that we are able to make some concrete progress with our Republican colleagues on this.

While we disagree on some policy-related issues, we both recognize the need that has been expressed... the need for us to work together.

We must strengthen partnership and boost innovation.

Guys aren't in it for themselves; they're in it for each other, both on and off the diamond.

I believe that I am in an excellent position to bring people together to fight the sensible...

We want to be a partner with you.

We're going to have to come together as a country to see how we can prevent these issues from taking place.

We are stronger together than we could ever be alone.

Government should be collaborative.

Building these stronger ties is not just the work of government.

This is not something I'm doing for me, this is something we are doing together.
