America’s national security depends on brave young men and women who answer the call to serve in our armed forces.

I am so proud of the appointees that will represent Alabama in our military service academies for the Class of 2030.

So, we just pretty much take it for granted that they’re gonna do the right thing. Right? Because we don’t make it much here, right?

Mr. Miller, it seems like we’ve either denied it or [agreed] that China is ahead of us in crypto. What’s the consequences of that if we don’t adjust one way or the other?

Receiving an appointment to one of these academies requires grit, dedication, and commitment, and I’m confident these students will carry these values with them to our service academies.

It was an honor to nominate these young Alabamians for an appointment, and I have full faith that they’ll continue to make our state and country proud.

College athletics should be a pathway to a degree, a meaningful career in a better future long after the final whistle blows.

Mr. President, I wanna bring up a subject today that’s close and near to my heart. Four things that made this country strong—made it the best country in the world is God, family, military, and sports.

This legislation builds on Republicans’ historic success in securing our border after four years of disastrous, America Last policies under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, by eliminating the largest magnet for illegal immigration.

If we wanna fix 80% of the problems without the federal government getting into it, [we should pass my bill that says] you’ve got five years [of eligibility] to play five [consecutive years] and one transfer. No waivers.

I couldn’t be prouder to see the unanimous and expeditious Senate passage of TREY’s Law.

College sports is facing a five-alarm fire. It’s getting ready to be over with as we know it. We do not have time to waste.

Congress should not run college sports. That’s the first thing I wanna say. We cannot run college sports.

We need to tariff the hell out of China. I don’t understand that. I don’t understand why we cannot protect our people in our country.

The U.S. military is not interested in appeasement, but in winning wars and keeping Americans safe.

This year’s NDAA will make sure Alabama continues playing an outsized role in our national defense.

This is a commonsense step Congress can take to strengthen domestic manufacturing and support hardworking Americans.
