It looks like you all, for the sake of budget constraints, bottom line, profit margins, return on investments--is making decisions that basically should never have been made.

Our entire Nation should do the common sense safety implementation.

I am a big believer in ARPA-E and what it can do.

I think we have had some good discussion on cyber security today.

Gang, let me tell you we are all in this together. That is all I can tell you.

We are trying to make it. We have wind and solar. We are trying everything, but we know that a majority of that is coming from our coal.

Our little state works its tail off. They are trying, but boy, I will tell you, the uncertainty right now.

Secretary Moniz has offered to come to West Virginia, and he will be the first official in that type of environmental realm.

We are not diversified enough. We have got our eggs in one basket. We are going to get smacked hard, and the country is going to be in jeopardy, but for some reason there is a blind eye to all of this.

This is not Democratic. I am a Democrat and this is a Democratic Administration. This is not Democrat and Republican. It is just common sense.

I am pleased that we have had some good discussion and an opportunity to hear from you all on the importance, the significance, of utilizing our energy resources as assets.

I come from West Virginia and they look at me and say, 'Oh, he doesn't care about the climate.'

I want clean air, and I want clean water, as clean as I feasibly can make it.

I am living in the real world right now, and West Virginia is getting absolutely plummeted by the overreach of this Administration.

If there is nothing else right now that this country demands it is affordable, reliable and dependable energy.

This is an area that is so long overdue in terms of needed reform.
