I think Vance is going to go after him hard and the question is, how does he counter punch without sacrificing that sort of warmth and accessibility that has been his hallmark and has made him popular in the short run.

As governor, I've had to debate people who are lying on the other side of the stage constantly.

On the other side of the ticket, you've got guys who are lying every day to the American people, and I think that's what really matters.

I also think that there is a big opening, and that's making sure that people know that J.D. Vance has been lying over and over again.
