Mr. Speaker, I thank Congressman Sarbanes for his remarks. He couldn't have said it more perfectly as we are wrapping up here. I often ask myself what it would look like if money didn't determine elections, if qualifications did, if competency would. What would it look like if we got big money out of politics, which is exactly what we should all be prioritizing? Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Bowman). I don't think anyone can speak better about that issue than him.
