Mr. Speaker, Congressman Raskin is absolutely right. We are committed to progress. We are committed to moving forward. We are committed to strengthening our voting rights. We are committed to improving representation. We are committed to campaign finance reform. We are committed to fully funded Federal agencies. We are committed to ethics, courts, and filibuster reform. There is someone who has been doing this work for a very long time and has developed the leadership among other Members to continue this work even after he leaves this Chamber. Mr. Speaker, I yield to another gentleman from Maryland (Mr. Sarbanes), a friend, someone that I am inspired by. I am committed to make sure that we carry on this legacy of progress.
