I just want to say how anybody watching this should recognize that, in a strong bipartisan way, the leadership of this committee... is bipartisan in their strong urging of all Americans to get the vaccine.

Thanks to the millions of Americans who have chosen to get a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine, we now have a shot at returning to normalcy.

I think it is very important that we find a--that we investigate where--particularly, if the virus escaped from some lab, because that, of course, has implications for international health.

The facts are not in dispute. The only question is, how can we help unvaccinated Americans get their shots?

I think that the SBA has done a remarkable job throughout the entire pandemic, transforming itself into an enterprise that was willing to evolve in very rapid transitions.

I have been, like many people, concerned about the slow response with the Shuttered Venues money going out.
