I think we need greater clarity there. I think Congress needs to exercise more of its powers here.

Delivering on decisive policy mandates is the best way to grow a majority … we simply have not done enough.

If we want to win in November, if Republicans want to be given the majority again in the House and the Senate, then we need to do what we said we would do: secure America.

These are all issues people that I represent care about intently and that we've talked about doing, and we need to deliver.
